Our client owned a building on White Lion Street and wanted to unlock additional value by developing the unused airspace above. They needed planning expertise and a team to deliver a workable, attractive scheme that would win council approval.

Our Approach
We managed the entire planning process, appointing and coordinating the professional team and optimising the design to maximise the site’s potential. Having recently delivered an Artform project within the borough, we had an established relationship with Islington’s planning and design officers, which proved invaluable throughout the application process.
The Outcome
Planning consent was granted for two additional storeys, creating seven new apartments and significantly enhancing the site’s long-term value. The client was delighted with the result, which unlocked potential from previously unused space.
