The Challenge
Private investors had acquired a Hertfordshire site with outline consent for six apartments. They needed expertise to navigate the planning process, refine the design and deliver the build. Funding and complex site logistics also posed significant challenges.
Our Approach
We managed planning, design, procurement and construction while working with the investors to secure funding from a private arm of a major high street bank. Our team reconfigured the apartment layouts to achieve maximum financial efficiency. We also tacked site access issues by negotiating with an adjoining landowner for temporary use of their plot – easing construction while maintaining good community relations.
The Outcome
The project moved forward with a stronger financial base, improved design efficiency and minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses and residents. By combining smart funding solutions, thoughtful design and practical site management, we delivered a scheme that exceeded investor expectations
