The Challenge
On a quiet residential street near Brockwell Park, our client had a site with consent for three apartments and two houses. However, the approved design wasn’t workable in practice and the scheme faced significant access constraints. They needed a partner to re-shape the plans and secure a deliverable consent.

Our Approach
We managed the entire planning process, appointing and coordinating a trusted collaborative of architects, planning consultants and interior designers. Together we redesigned the scheme, refining layouts and addressing site challenges with curved brickwork and careful optimisation. We also oversaw the planning submission and liaised with the local authority throughout.
Alongside planning, we ran detailed financial analysis to help the client assess their options (to build out or sell) and guided them through the decision-making process.
The Outcome
The new submission gained planning consent, creating a scheme that was both buildable and attractive. With a stronger consent in place and clear commercial advice, the client chose to sell, achieving a successful return on their investment.
