The Challenge
On busy Northcote Road in southwest London, the landowners planned to demolish an existing building and replace it with five new homes and two commercial units. Midway through technical design and tender, they invited Artform Project Management to take over from another project manager, with a view to adding more value and guiding the scheme through delivery.

Our Approach
Stepping in partway, we reviewed and refined the layouts from a sales perspective, collaborated with the professional team and introduced them to one of our trusted interior design partners. To secure best value, we re-tendered the build, achieving a more competitive contract than the initial local quotes.
Progress So Far
We are managing the main contractor on site, overseeing key elements including party wall awards and service connections. Alongside the core build, we are also coordinating the fit-out in partnership with the incoming international high street retailer, liaising with their contractor to ensure a smooth handover. Throughout the process, we continue to advise with a developer’s mindset, not just that of a project manager.
