The Challenge
An investor-led development team approached us to support the acquisition and planning of a mixed-use scheme comprising circa 10,000sq ft of commercial space and nine apartments. The opportunity involved land assembly across neighbouring properties and required a clear planning strategy to unlock the site’s full potential.

Our Approach
Appointed as Project Manager, we advised on acquisition and land assembly before assembling and coordinating a full professional team. We guided the planning strategy, supported the preparation of the application and represented the scheme at planning committee. Alongside an experienced branding agency, we helped ensure the development had a clear identity that strengthened the planning submission and overall proposal.
The Outcome
Planning consent was successfully secured, enabling our client to proceed with the build-out of the scheme. Our role provided the structure, clarity and coordination needed to move the project from opportunity to consent-ready development.
