The Challenge
A private client needed support to navigate planning and deliver a mixed-use scheme on Harrow Road, comprising nine apartments and a 4,000 sq ft commercial unit. They wanted a programme that would not only run smoothly but also maximise financial returns.

Our Approach
Acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager, we oversaw the entire process from planning through to construction. We also identified and secured Co-op as the commercial tenant, negotiating terms and shaping the build programme to accommodate their early occupation.
The Outcome
Co-op moved into their space several months before the rest of the development was complete, generating income for the landowner at the earliest opportunity. The project was delivered efficiently, with returns optimised through both careful planning and proactive tenant management.
