The Challenge
A charitable organisation approached us post-planning to help deliver a new synagogue of circa 10,000sq ft. With a defined brief and multiple stakeholders involved, they required experienced support to manage the project carefully and ensure the building met both functional and community needs.

Our Approach
Appointed as Project Manager and Construction Manager, we supported the charity in appointing a full professional team, tendering and selecting the appropriate architects and consultants. A key focus of our role has been understanding the specific requirements of the synagogue and coordinating these into a clear, deliverable strategy, while managing engagement with trustees and stakeholders throughout.
Progress So Far
With the professional team in place and the brief established, we are now preparing to move into the construction phase, where we will oversee delivery on site as Construction Manager.
