The Challenge
The homeowners approached us to help deliver the extension and full refurbishment of their home in a highly prestigious location. With one of the homeowners working as an interior designer, the ambition is to push the boundaries of design and create a truly distinctive home, requiring careful coordination and a delivery approach aligned with that vision.
Our Approach
Appointed as Project Manager, we’re working closely with the homeowners to define detailed scopes of work and assemble a professional team capable of realising the project’s design ambition. Alongside this, we are advising throughout the process, helping to translate creative intent into a buildable, well-coordinated scheme.
Progress So Far
We’re currently developing a comprehensive tender pack to issue to contractors, ensuring the project is well prepared for construction and positioned to deliver a unique, high-quality home.
