The Challenge
A rapidly growing, design-led perfumer needed a new workspace to support their expanding team. As a tenant, they required a CAT B fit-out delivered to a tight programme, with highly specific design requirements to reflect their brand’s focus on natural, organic ingredients and storytelling.
Our Approach
Appointed to project manage the fit-out on behalf of the tenant, we tendered the works to a selection of design-and-build contractors, managing interviews and contractor selection. We worked closely with the client to balance their niche design brief with buildability, cost and programme.
Progress So Far
Procurement is complete and we are now managing the fit-out through delivery on site, coordinating the team to deliver a workspace that reflects the brand and supports future growth.
