The Challenge
A two-storey commercial unit near Columbia Road required a full refurbishment, including exterior renewal and internal upgrades, to improve usability and attract future occupiers.
Our Approach
We managed the refurbishment, installing a new timber shopfront, adding a double-height glass block wall and excavating the basement to increase usable space. Once complete, we secured a commercial tenant, agreed lease terms and oversaw the fit-out of their greengrocer unit, including equipment sourcing and design input.
The Outcome
The building was comprehensively improved, with enhanced kerb appeal, a more functional layout and a fully fitted tenant space now occupied by an independent operator.
