The Challenge
Lozi needed to convert a 4,000 sq ft unit into a functional showroom and workshop, requiring a full strip-out, technical upgrades and a fit-out that reflected their craft-led brand.
Our Approach
As Project Manager and Fit-Out Contractor, we coordinated specialist trades, delivered full electrical and plumbing upgrades, installed air conditioning and carried out bespoke joinery and finishes. Working closely with Lozi, we ensured the space met both production and retail needs.
The Outcome
The result is a design-led, highly functional space that supports Lozi’s furniture-making process while providing a compelling customer showroom.
