The Challenge
Our second project with a prominent commercial asset manager involved enhancing a 3,500sqft office floor in Norwich Street. They needed support to refine the layouts, guide the design and manage the fit-out process to improve the space’s marketability.
Our Approach
We collaborated with the client to edit and optimise the layouts, applying our landlord experience and market insight to create a workspace aligned with occupier expectations. We then prepared and managed the tender, appointing a specialist fit-out contractor to deliver the scheme.
The Outcome
The project is now complete, with the fit-out delivered to a high standard and in line with both the design intent and the client’s commercial goals. The refurbished space is market-ready and positioned to attract new occupiers.
