The Challenge

A leading commercial asset manager, with a portfolio of more than £1.4 billion under development, needed to unlock value in a 3,500sqft floor of a Holborn office building. They were looking for design improvements, the right fit-out contractor and support with positioning the asset in the market.

Our Approach

We advised on design, drawing on our own landlord experience and local market knowledge to refine layouts and enhance usability. We managed the tender process, appointed a specialist commercial fit-out contractor and coordinated the scope of works.

The Outcome

The fit-out has now been completed, with our team overseeing delivery through to final handover. In addition to the main works, we managed further decoration upgrades to the ground floor to enhance the building’s overall market appeal. The refurbished space is now market-ready and well positioned to attract high-quality tenants.
