The Challenge
A private client approached us to support the delivery of a circa 4,000sq ft home in a highly prominent location near Tower Bridge. The site is complex and constrained, with multiple historic planning consents in place, requiring careful coordination to maximise its potential while ensuring the scheme remains deliverable and financially viable.

Our Approach
Appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, we brought together the right professional team to help refine the scheme and shape a home that genuinely works for the owners. To improve efficiency and cost control, we’ve advised on a split tender strategy, allowing specialist elements of the project to be procured separately and more effectively.
Alongside this, we have supported the client with funding advice, drawing on our network of funding partners and our experience structuring various financial options, to help line up an appropriate route for the project.
Progress So Far
With the team assembled and procurement strategy defined, the project is progressing through the next stages of delivery, with a clear framework in place to manage complexity, cost and programme on a sensitive, high-profile site.
